I specialize in using humor and comedy to create effective messaging and deliver results. I could focus on traditional, non-funny (ie blah) copywriting, but why? Not everyone can do it, but if you can write funny, you can write ANYTHING.
I was a professional stand-up comedian for a decade, performing for hundreds at festivals and clubs ... and less than 10 at dive bars. Then, like THAT (snaps fingers) I was done (leaving town every weekend, it turned out, was no good when you're raising a family; who knew? )
So here I am. Devoting myself to writing on behalf of others, as I have since forever.

In November 2015 I was part of the Hilliard Rotary Club's "Great Debate," which is an Ohio State vs. Michigan roast in front of hundreds of people. I roasted the Buckeyes.
One of my more random assignments was to write the trivia that appeared on the Dispatch-branded scoreboard at Huntington Park. (And occasionally, as in this photo, host a between-innings contest that appeared on the big board. Talk about a big head!)
